Digital supply chains are evolving rapidly, and larger enterprises have the resources and expertise to assess the opportunities, whether through in-house teams or being able to pay for external consultants. SMEs don’t have that luxury – the day-to-day is often all-consuming, and many of the case studies focus on the larger organisations who’ve been able to lead the way.

The Digital Supply Chain Hub’s Future of Supply Chain Labs are designed to inspire SMEs to explore the state-of-the-art and to roadmap their own digital journeys to greater supply chain productivity, resilience and sustainability.

The Future of Supply Chain SME Labs will provide you with ideas and approaches to:

  • Improve forecasting and demand management
  • Improve visibility of real-time data, tracking and traceability
  • Manage disruption and the impact on lead times
  • Measure carbon footprint, emissions and reduce energy use.
  • Improve stock control, reduce waste and manage materials price volatility
  • Improve after sales service and customer satisfaction

The labs will consist of interactive workshops and networking opportunities.

As spaces are limited we are taking registrations of interest for the Labs. We will be holding these around the UK and online. To register your interest in an online or regional Lab close to you, please register your interest by clicking on the link or find out more about upcoming and previous events below.
