Ben has been building communities across value chains and social networks in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia for over 20 years. From start-ups to multinationals, industry bodies to social movements, Ben's specialism in building digitally enabled sustainable & resilient value chains has been developed by working closely with leaders across every part of the food and fashion system.

With over 15 years' experience in the technology industry, Kingsley has worked with the world's largest brands helping them understand the potential of technology designing solutions to meet their challenges. Combined with a MBA, Kingsley is well placed to identify how to bring diverse organisations together with advanced technology, helping them to create their future.

Tim joined Digital Catapult in September 2021 as Director of Digital Supply Chain. Tim has extensive experience in improving global businesses and supply chains working within the Automotive, Consumer Goods, Aerospace, Defence, Construction, Life Science and Industrial Sectors. His experience includes 25 years in supply chain consultancy, leading global companies to deliver transformation.

Chris joined Digital Catapult in 2021. He has 15 years of marketing experience, a professional diploma in digital marketing and has worked in the aerospace & defence, shipping & logistics and advanced technology sectors. Chris has advanced knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and best practice techniques for digital planning & strategy, email, content marketing, data & database management.

Tim has an extensive background in supply chain management and digital innovation in the European steel industry. Having joined Digital Catapult in 2023, he is leading the development of a portfolio of innovative digital solutions to meet today’s industry challenges, collaborating with industry, technology developers, academics, industry bodies and government.

Maria has over ten years of experience in the Automotive Industry, having worked in Europe and the UK for OEM and Tier 1 suppliers. She joined the team in 2021 as a Project Manager for SONIC Labs and transitioned to DSCH a year ago to lead the DSCH Flagship projects. Maria has recently taken on the Programme Manager role to ensure a seamless delivery of the DSCH programme.

Freddie joined Digital Catapult in 2022 as an apprentice and quickly established himself by contributing to key projects. He has supported a range of projects, including sub-sea autonomous drones and is now leading user testing for the DSCH Virtual Hub.

Joe is a product manager with over five years experience in a range of industries from nuclear decommissioning, manufacturing and financial services and a passion. Having joined Digital Catapult back in 2019, he is now responsible for leading the development of the virtual hub as its product manager.

Gioia is an experienced community founder of online communities for SMEs and women entrepreneurs. She has actively participated in international leadership programs focused on community management, and has successfully managed global communities engaged in innovation projects. She brings to DSCH her expertise in CRM, personal branding, and eLearning development.
