Hub Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Digital Supply Chain Hub, a collaborative space designed for professionals to come together to exchange knowledge, skills and interests in the field of Supply Chains. Our mission is to create an environment that fosters learning, networking and ultimately the digitisation of yours and others supply chains.

By following these guidelines, you'll help us maintain a vibrant and professional environment where supply chain experts can connect, learn, and grow together. Thank you for being a part of our community.

  1. Maintain Professional Conduct
Our community thrives on mutual respect and professionalism. Please treat all members with courtesy, value diverse opinions, and engage in discussions with a constructive attitude. Personal attacks, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal from the community.
  2. Complete Your Profile
To foster trust and networking within our community, we ask that all members complete their personal or business profiles in full. A well-rounded profile helps others understand your expertise and how best to engage with you.
  3. Introduce Yourself in Circles
When joining a new circle, please introduce yourself to the group. A brief introduction helps create connections and fosters a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
  4. Enhance the conversation
Contribute to improving the quality of conversation, no matter how small your input may seem. Aim to foster constructive dialogue by seeking common ground and understanding diverse perspectives.
  5. Relevant External Links Only
Sharing external links is encouraged when they add value to the discussion. However, we do not allow posts that are solely for self-promotion or marketing. Ensure that any links you share are relevant to the topic at hand and beneficial to the community. For example, sharing a link to a recent industry report that supports the discussion would be appropriate. We may remove posts that we feel do not follow these guidelines.
  6. Keep it organised
Help maintain the forum's organisation by posting in the appropriate Circle, refraining from duplicate posts, and avoiding irrelevant or low-quality contributions.
  7. Be Inclusive and Accessible
Our community values diversity and inclusivity. Please ensure that your contributions are accessible to all, regardless of background or expertise. Encourage participation from all members, and be mindful of different perspectives and experiences.
  8. Contact the Community Manager for Assistance
If you have any questions, concerns, or need further clarification on any matter, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Community Manager at community@digicatapult.org.uk. We're here to support you and ensure a positive experience for everyone.
