My Skills

With expertise spanning sport, technology, product development, business strategy, and grassroots player development, I founded and lead SportQube. There, I've spearheaded the creation of a sports technology platform delivering professional-grade video, data, and AI analytics to grassroots clubs, academies, leagues, and federations.
My strong experience in product vision and strategy involves translating market problems into clear roadmaps. Through SportQube, I've overseen hardware, software, and platform development, including the Oli smart sports camera, club management tools, coach and player development features, video analysis workflows, and AI-assisted performance insights. This required managing technical partners, suppliers, designers, and software teams while aligning products with the needs of coaches, players, clubs, and parents.
Holding a UEFA B Licence, I have extensive experience in football coaching, player development, and talent identification across grassroots and academy environments. This practical understanding ensures our technology is simple, useful, and relevant for volunteers, part-time coaches, and developing players.
My commercial strategy and partnership development skills include leading discussions with clubs, leagues, federations, investors, and strategic partners across the UK, Europe, and Africa. This involves building proposals for league-wide and federation-level adoption, developing go-to-market plans, shaping pricing models, and creating partnership opportunities around video, data, scouting, and player pathways.
I am also experienced in fundraising and investment readiness, having prepared investor decks, business models, financial plans, R&D tax credit applications, grant-funding proposals, and data-room materials for SportQube. The Digital Catapult Black Founders Programme further refined my ability to present the business, communicate market opportunity, and position SportQube as a scalable technology solution.
My core personal strengths are leadership, communication, resilience, and problem-solving. Building SportQube demanded operating across product, technical development, sales, marketing, partnerships, and investor engagement. I thrive in uncertainty, uniting people around a shared vision, and translating complex ideas into actionable plans.
Ultimately, I combine grassroots sports experience, technical product leadership, commercial acumen, and founder resilience. My goal is to leverage these skills to build technology that democratises access to development opportunities for players, coaches, and clubs that are often excluded from elite-level tools.
