Over 15 years of successfully managing and leading Education Programmes from level 3 to level 7 including whilst effectively engaging with students to provide and effective and innovative learning experience.
I am responsible for the management, administration and quality assurance of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional accredited courses, ensuring that all quality requirements are adhered while communicating with internal and external colleagues. In my previous organisation as the lead for professional courses the Professional body recognised the quality and management of the programme and course by reducing the number of visits to an annual visit and providing direct claim status.
Excellent and effective communication and IT skills using a range of tools to ensure that students remain engaged. Plan, manage and monitor the use of the human, financial and physical resources that are allocated to the programme. Actively contribute to programme analysis and strategic planning. I have the responsibility for a high quality student experience which are evaluated against a range of internal and external benchmarks. Monitor and enhance the quality of academic performance of the business strands of Business programmes. Lead on QA activities, including validations and periodic reviews and liaise with external examiners.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior colleagues by providing insight into support of the required standards and providing constructive feedback on teaching and assessments.
