Daniel Weil CEng FRAeS is Managing Director of TICQ Ltd, a consultancy dedicated to driving innovation and
cultural transformation within the Defence sector. With 26 years of Royal Navy experience, Daniel has led
engineering teams in the toughest operational environments and delivered change programmes that
challenged entrenched practices and introduced cutting-edge technologies to the frontline user. His
leadership extends beyond engineering into shaping innovation culture, fostering collaboration between
military users, SMEs, and global technology accelerators. As UK Co-Director for the London Tech Bridge, he
partnered with the U.S. Navy to scout disruptive technologies and build networks that accelerate adoption
whilst supporting the British prosperity agenda. Through TICQ, Daniel now helps businesses navigate complex
Defence acquisition processes, embedding quality and regulatory compliance while maintaining agility. By
