McColgans - Digital Supply Chain Hub Showcase
McColgans are masters in savoury pastry, with 83 years of experience in the industry. The McColgan family began serving food in Strabane when they opened a tea shop in 1940. A café, butcher and bakery followed. They started producing award-winning sausage rolls in 1978. They proved so popular they had to build new premises on the edge of town to keep up with demand. Today they ship all manner of savoury pastry from a state-of-the-art facility, less than 2 miles from the original tea shop.
